  If I could give negative stars I would. My father has struggled needlessly for months because Dr. Jennifer would not listen to my concerns. My father has a heart condition that causes severe breathing problems. He also has Muscular Dystrophy and is over weight because he cannot function well. Jennifer does not do what I ask her to do. The family that sees him everyday and knows things are not right are the ones who know more needs to be done. I am the one who switched him from his doctor to her. Hoping she would find the cause. Her assistants are rude. She refuses to call me. I had to take my father to Immediate care to get diagnosed for pneumonia. He had an X-ray. I researched and several people have died or been misdiagnosed when they have cancer. I asked Jennifer to do a CT Scan with contrast to eliminate any lung issues and she refused and said the insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called the insurance company and they said it is covered. I had a dream that night my father collapsed and I told him help is on the way. Monday I got an appt to see a pulmonary specialist the next day. She ruled out copd. His breathing test was horrible absolutely abnormal. She did an X-ray and the fluid had not changed but his breathing was 10 x worse. She concluded it was his calcified aorta valve leaking. I immediately made an appointment with his cardiologist. I couldn’t get Jennifer to call me regarding my father’s medical concerns but she called my father this morning to tell him to tell me not to call her office or come to his office visits. Needless to say I canceled his next appointment. Jennifer failed my father and had caused unnecessary time off work, stress, illness and inconvience for my father and his family.
